Blair Baldwin, now the CASA Director of Events, first joined the aca community in 2004 when she joined the UNCG Sapphires. She served as director, arranger, and percussionist for three years, and helped to produce the group’s debut album. Since then, she has been a judge for the ICCA’s, ICHSA’s, and CARA’s, and has worn various CASA hats including Executive Producer and Talent Manager. Blair has an Arts Management degree from Columbia College, and lives Chicago where she works as the Company Manager for the Joffrey Ballet.
